I had to move on very short notice, but working with Zdeněk and his team made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. From the beginning, Zdeněk's communication was exceptionally fast, efficient, and fully attentive to all my needs.

During the move, we encountered a few unexpected situations that required extra time, as well as disassembling and reassembling some furniture. However, Zdeněk and his team approached every challenge with a positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude, finding solutions right away.

All six team members were incredibly friendly, professional, and kind throughout the day. While I don't plan on moving again anytime soon, I know exactly who to call when the time comes. I highly recommend Zdeněk and his team to anyone looking for a reliable moving service!

Moc děkuji za skvěle odvedenou práci! Stěhovali mi věci z Prachatic až do Salzwegu v Německu a všechno proběhlo naprosto bez problémů.

Vše perfektně zabalili, opatrně přestěhovali a zase rozbalili/složili. A cena taky super, doporučuji všem známým i neznámým.

04.2026 Update:

I’ve now used Zdenek and his team to move from three different homes over the last couple of years. Every time, the customer service is outstanding — friendly, responsive in a timely manner, clear expectations, no broken promises. They protect all furniture and belongings adequately to ensure no damage, and are very careful when bringing items into the new home. They move quickly and work together well as a team. The costs are very reasonable (as I said, much cheaper than competitors), even when you live outside of the city where they primarily work. They’ve even given me a ride to the new home twice now, saving me the cost of a long-distance taxi. Unlike other companies, their estimates are transparent and accurate, without any pressure or discomfort in the relationship. I still have zero complaints after three moves, demonstrating their consistency and reliability. My only recommendation: Hire them, you won’t regret it!

Original Review:

Amazing service. First of all, the quote was less than 2/3 of a competitor’s quote — and Zdenek was much more comprehensive and thorough in his assessment, so I felt more confident in the estimate. Unlike the competitor, he was confident his team could take apart furniture (including a large, heavy treadmill) and reconstruct it at my new place. And he was right, there were no problems. I failed to finish packing in time, and again, it wasn’t a problem for his team. They came, finished packing my kitchen and securing/protecting all the furniture, and we somehow still made it to the new house by the earlier part of the range he had estimated for time of arrival, which shows me that Zdenek added in some time for unexpected extra work in his original estimate. The team unloaded everything quickly, rebuilt any furniture, and positioned it correctly in the rooms as I had requested. Almost everything heavy had to go up the stairs to the second floor, where both the bedrooms and living room are located. There was zero damage to any walls or floors, showing they were very careful and respectful of the space. No furniture was damaged. All of the team members were very friendly and dedicated workers. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose Which Way. I would definitely use their moving services again in the future.

Profesionální přístup od začátku až do konce. Firma poskytla krabice předem, abychom vše zabalili. Obalový materiál od bublinkové i strečové fólie až po lepicí pásku též k dispozici. Firma si poradí i s nábytkem nad 100kg.
Nadstandardní servis v podobě rozmontování a smontování postele či nábytku. Celkový servis byl absolutně bez problémů, rychlý a pohodlný! Doporučuji všema deseti✊🏻
